(Credit: speckyboy.com) Over-indulgence has, of course, taken place; food is a big thing in my parents’ house, with plenty of snacks everywhere, and we’ve spread our Christmas dinner courses over the entire day for several years now. But this year, for a change, my brother and I managed to help out with Christmas dinner without getting in the way too much. There’s a first time for everything.
